goodWJ10115 kDa~150 kDa范围9个蛋白条带组成(15 kDa、20 kDa、25 kDa35 kDa40 kDa、50 kDa70 kDa100 kDa150 kDa)WJ102WJ103WJ10610 kDa~250 kDa范围11个蛋白条带组成(10 kDa、15 kDa、20 kDa、25 kDa35 kDa40 kDa、50 kDa70 kDa100 kDa150 kDa250 kDa)。由低到高的分子量范围可监测电泳过程中的蛋白分离情况、判断目标蛋白的分子量,并且可以监Western Blot实验中的转膜效率。25 kDa70 kDa条带结合有红色或绿色染料,更便于实时观察电泳进程、判断蛋白分子量其中WJ106特别适用于近红外荧光成像系统
good缓冲液成分:62.5 mM Tris-HCl(pH 7.5/25)1 mM EDTA2%(W/V)SDS10 mM DTT33%(W/V)glycerol。

操作步骤
good1. 加样前在室温放置数分钟,解冻后,轻轻摇匀,以确保溶液混合均匀
good2. 取用适量体积加样于凝胶孔,推荐用量为 2~5 μL/ 孔,可根据具体情况适当增减;

good3. 取用结束,盖上管盖,放4-20℃。
good3. 以上5 μL为例,WJ101、WJ102、WJ103及WJ106每个条带蛋白含量约1 μg~3 μg。

注意事项

good1. 本品已包含上样缓冲液,直接使用,不可加热煮沸

good2. 为避免反复冻融及污染,可将本产品分装后,-20℃保存;

good3. 预染蛋白质分子量标准仅用于分子量的近似参考,批次间差异约为5%;

good4. 若使用近红外荧光成像系统,请选用 WJ106;

good5. 在低浓度凝胶中,低分子量条带将会与前沿共迁移而无法分出;

good6. 在不同凝胶和缓冲液系统中,预染蛋白质的迁移率会有所差别,可用非预染蛋白质分子量标准进行校正,并按校正后的结果正常使用

good7. 蛋白 Marker 可能会与抗体发生非特异性结合,可以降低抗体浓度、减少孵育时长,以及减小蛋白Marker 上样量来进行优化
